Pronomar is happy about a new order from Flensburger Shipbuilders, once again for the innovative, multipurpose Pronomar drying systems and once again to be installed on board a new seismic research vessel for Western Geco, the Amazon Conquerer.

In total the dryers will see to the perfect drying and maintenance of 24 survival suits, diving suits, jackets/trousers/overalls and caps. The drying systems, completely built from solid, seawater-resistant stainless steel, use a powerful yet energy-efficient warm-air blower which blows a lot of warm drying air directly into the suits via nozzles in the form-fitting drying hangers, smartly placed at neuralgic places such as shoulders, back, arm pits and legs. By keeping the costly workwear dry at all times, the materials lifetime is extended considerably which means significant savings in purchasing costs. The drying systems also help to increase the health, wellbeing and motivation of the crew on-board as it goes without saying that if you can work in dry gear at all times you are less likely to get sick.

Pronomar is very happy about this order and look forward to seeing this cooperation with Flensburger Shipbuilders as well as Western Geco continue into the future!
